My stay at Braira Al Azizya Hotel & Resort was a blend of great service and some frustrating issues. I loved the beautiful beach and friendly restaurant staff, but there were problems with cleaning and equipment in my room that dampened the experience.

The cleanliness was disappointing, and some appliances like the microwave didn't work. I was shocked when a manager suggested I pay for the microwave repairs, despite it being faulty. This issue affected my overall comfort during the stay.

While the service from the housekeeping manager, Mr. Abbas, and the general manager, Mr. Osama, was excellent, I had a negative experience with a reception staff member. She wasn't welcoming at all, which was surprising given the overall service quality.
